- A copy of applicant’s Identity Card (IC)
- Latest pay slips of the last three months
- Latest bank statement of the last three months
- Latest EPF statement or income tax filing records
- Companies Commission of Malaysia registration documents (self-employed)
- Company’s latest bank statement of the last six months (self-employed)
ANNUAL INTEREST RATES
- Mortgage Loan: 12%; Unsecured Loan: 18%. Actual interest rates will be based on loan amounts and tenures approved, with no unreasonable add-on fees imposed.
